Understanding your order status

Order status

You can find status updates about order on the Your Orders page. The status indicates the stage your order is currently in. Orders can have one of the following statuses:

StatusDescription
Collecting itemsWe are currently collecting or preparing the items you ordered. This may take up to 24 hours.
Parcel handed over to courierYour parcel is in transit and will be delivered soon. Visit the Track & Trace page of the courier for more detailed delivery information.
DeliveredThe parcel has been delivered at your address or a nearby service point.

Cancelations & Refunds

If your order is canceled or refunded, you may find one of the following statuses:

StatusDescription
Attempting to cancel orderYou have requested to cancel your order. It can take some time to cancel the order and initiate the refund. Once the cancellation is successful, you'll receive a confirmation by email.
Order canceledYour order has been canceled and will no longer be delivered. A refund has been initiated and will appear on your bank account in a few days. If you did not cancel the order yourself, please check your email for more information.
Unable to cancel orderYour order cannot be canceled, because it is already in the shipping process. You may refuse the package on delivery or return it within 30 days. For more information, please refer to the Return Policy
