Return Period

We really hope that our items are to your liking, but we also understand that you sometimes may need to return or exchange an item. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to decide if the item meets your expectations. During this time, you can initiate a return without the need to provide a specific reason.

Eligibility Criteria

All items purchased from our store are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date. You have the right to inspect the item upon receipt, but please note that used items cannot be returned. The following eligibility criteria apply:

  • The item must be complete and as new. If the item is used or damaged, we may decline the return or reduce the refunded amount accordingly.
  • Custom made items cannot be returned. These items are specifically tailored for you, and are therefore not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

When you decide to proceed with a return, we'll guide you through the packing and shipping process via email. Please note that in most cases, you may be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Exceptions will be made, of course, if the item you received is defective or not what you originally ordered.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will immediately initiate a refund. The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 5 to 7 days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account. The exact duration may vary depending on your chosen payment method and your bank. We do not reinstate coupons or discount codes that you used to purchase the items.
