We put a lot of work in providing you with high quality stationary items. However, if something is wrong with your items, our warranty covers you against manufacturing defects for two years from the purchase date.

Claiming warranty

All items purchased from our store come with a two year warranty. If your item is faulty, not what you ordered or does not meet your expectations, you can reach out to support@belikebear.com and we will be happy to look into it. Please do not return the item without contacting us first, as we can help you make the return process easier.

• If your item is faulty within the first 30 days, you may choose to receive a refund or replacement item. We will send you return instructions via email and refund the purchase amount or send you a replacement.
• If your items is faulty after 30 days, we will either replace or repair the item for you. We will send you return instructions via email. We will always try to repair the item whenever possible. However, if repair isn't feasible, we will send you a replacement item.

Replacements

If we decide to replace your item, you will be provided with an identical replacement item. Unfortunately, sometimes the item you originally ordered is no longer available. In the event that the item is unavailable, you may choose a comparable alternative.

Refunds

If we decide to refund your item, we will initiate a refund to the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 5 to 7 days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account. The exact duration may vary depending on your chosen payment method and your bank. We do not reinstate coupons or discount codes that you used to purchase the items.

Repairs

If we decide to repair your item, we aim to complete the process as quickly as possible. Typically, repairs are finalized within a span of 2 to 5 days. You will receive updates on the status of the repair through email.

Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues arising from normal use of the item. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications. The warranty is applicable to purchases made on the Be Like Bear web shop, as well as to Be Like Bear items bought from authorized resellers. Please retain your proof of purchase for any warranty claims.
